Wedding Stylist Cambridgeshire Shares E & S's Wedding from June 2025 at South Farm

Today on the blog is all about E & S's wedding at South Farm, where we provided Full Styling, which included Styling Set Up, Prop Hire, Signage and Stationery.

Welcome Sign / Order of the Day

E & S opted to have a Bespoke Welcome Sign and a Bespoke Order of the Day. We placed the Welcome Sign by the main blue doors on South Farms easel with a pale pink chiffon draping, which was clear for guests to see as they arrived. The Order of the Day was placed inside the main house at South Farm, and placed on their easel, we placed a pale pink chiffon draping on the easel.

The Order of the Day was placed in the garden once the drinks reception started.

Summerhouse Ceremony

E & S opted to have an outside ceremony. We placed Pale Pink Chiffon Chair Drapes on the aisle ends and provided printed reserved signs with a pink ribbon.

The main focus was the flowers from Ellys Flower Studio; they were absolutely stunning!

A Pale Pink Colour Palette Wedding at South Farm

A wedding at South Farm with a pale pink colour palette creates a romantic and elegant atmosphere. This charming venue, set in the heart of the countryside, provides a beautiful backdrop for a pastel-themed celebration.

Here are some ideas to incorporate a pale pink palette into your wedding:

• Pastel coloured candlesticks

The Old Dairy - Guestbook/Cardbox Table

We placed our White Postbox in the Old Dairy, alongside E & S's guestsbook and polaroid camera. We added extra styling details to this table such as a pale pink chiffon table runners and glass candlestick holders with coloured candlesticks.

Props provided - A White Metal Postbox, A Pale Pink/Dusty Pink Chiffon Table Runner, Guestbook A5 Sign and Glass Candlestick Holders.

Cake Table Styling

We love styling a Cake Table! We added a pale pink chiffon table runner to the cake table and glass candlestick holders with coloured candlesticks. Ellys Flower Studio added flowers around the front of the cake table that had been repurposed from the ceremony.

Props provided - A Pale Pink/Dusty Pink Chiffon Table Runner and Glass Candlestick Holders with Pastel Coloured Candlesticks & Glass Cylinder Sleeves.

Tudor Barn Wedding Breakfast Table Styling

Props provided - Bespoke Table Names, Glass Candlestick Holders with Glass Cylinder Sleeves and Pastel Coloured Candlesticks, Clear Beaded Charger Plates, Bespoke Place Names / Menus, Full Room Fairylights, Pale Pink Ribbon (for the napkins), and White Chair Drapes with Pink Ribbon.

We loved created this tablescape with Ellys Flower Studio, we added bespoke Table Names on South Farms silver table number stand, Clear Beaded Charger Plates, added pale pink ribbon onto South Farms napkins, Bespoke Place Names & Menus, with Glass Candlestick Holders, Glass Cylinder Sleeves and Coloured Pastel Candlesticks.

On-the-Day Set-Up - from £770 (Plus VAT)

It is perfect for dry-hire venues and venues with restricted set-up times or needing to have a turnaround after the ceremony. We will follow your instructions and create your wedding set up, we will use our expert eyes to set up all of the decor as well.

Before your wedding day, we will book a chat about the placement for the decor and chat through your ideas, giving our expert opinions to fill in any gaps you might have. 

The next day (or at midnight if your venue requires this) we will pack away our items so that you do not need to worry about packing down.
