Today on the blog is all about E & C's wedding at South Farm from March 2024.
South Farm
South Farm is a stunning rustic wedding venue in Hertfordshire and the 2023 Wedding Industry Awards winner for the UK's Best Barn Wedding Venue. South Farm is unlike any other with its unique touches such as its organic field-to-fork menu and gorgeous traditional Romany caravans as accommodation.
We have a very close working relationship with South Farm and have styled many weddings here, earning ourselves the title of 'Recommended Supplier'!
The Old Dairy Ceremony Set Up
Props provided by Miss Carlysle and Co: A Wooden Arbour, Hanging Glass Baubles with LED Tealights, A White Aisle Runner, and Gold Lanterns with Pillar Candles.
Described as a charming indoor alternative to a garden ceremony, the Old Dairy is one of our favourite ceremony spaces to style. Working with the natural elements such as the wooden beams and its connection to the sun terrace, we love to incorporate fresh florals and dress them up with subtle fairy lights for an extra sparkle. Our white aisle runner is a great option for brightening up the room and reflecting the gorgeous sun that floods through the windows and skylights.
Tudor Barn Wedding Breakfast Set Up

We have a trusted team of stylists who will take care of every detail in your setup in our Stylist Set-Up service. It is perfect for dry-hire venues and venues with restricted set-up times or needing a turnaround after the ceremony. We will follow your instructions and create your wedding set-up. We will use our expert eyes to set up all of the decor as well.
E&C re-purposed some of their Ceremony props and decor in their wedding breakfast set up. Notice how, in the images, the beautiful wooden arbour dressed with florals is relocated to create a stunning backdrop for the Top Table. Reusing decor is a great money-saving tip and can be done with many items, such as lanterns and candles, draping, backdrops, vases, etc.
