Today on the blog is all about Josh & Chloe's wedding from South Farm in April 2025. The Miss Carlysle and Co Team provided Stylist Set Up, Prop Hire, Signage & Stationery.
We absolutely love working at South Farm!
How we created the look:
A Printed Welcome Sign / Order of the Day, Reserved Signs, Gold Acrylic Cardbox, White Chiffon Chair Drapes, Guestbook Sign A5, Guestbook Puzzle Sign A5, Memorial Sign A5, Cake Sign A5, Gold Frames, Place Names, QR Codes, Wooden Holders, A Printed Table Plan, Printed Table Numbers, Stemmed Candles Holders (Small, Medium & Large), Floating Candles, Brushed Gold Candlestick Holders with White Candlesticks, Dusty Blue Napkins, and Full Room Fairylights.
Signage
We provided Printed Signage for C & J with a Welcome Sign & Order of the Day together and a Table Plan.

We love a Summerhouse Ceremony. The South Farm gardens have so much beauty that you do not need to add a crazy amount of styling. Here are a few things we suggest you consider (as long as it fits within your styling plan)
Chair Drapes (For the aisle end chairs)
Reserved Signs (For certain guests or reserve a the first few rows)
Pew Ends (With a ribbon in your colour palette)
Wooden Crates & Lanterns with LED Pillar Candles (Placed at the back of the ceremony)
Draping / Soft Fabric (In the Summerhouse)
Lanterns and / or Glass Cylinders with LED Pillar Candles (Placed down the aisle)

Wedding Breakfast - Tudor Barn
C & J had their wedding breakfast in the Tudor Barn, they opted for the Oval Top Table and Round Tables for the guest tables. We styled the tables alongside Julie Cambridge, the styling and flowers worked perfectly together.

We are a trusted team of stylists who will take care of every detail in your setup. It is perfect for dry-hire venues and venues with restricted set-up times or needing to have a turnaround after the ceremony. We will follow your instructions and create your wedding set up, we will use our expert eyes to set up all of the decor as well.
Before your wedding day, we will book a chat about the placement for the decor and chat through your ideas, giving our expert opinions to fill in any gaps you might have.
The next day (or at midnight if your venue requires this) we will pack away our items so that you do not need to worry about packing down.
Including: Taking care of setting up the venue, Supporting your wedding style, Setting up and taking down, and Bringing your wedding vision to life.
