Wedding Planner Cambridgeshire Shares Spring Inspiration at South Farm

With winter in full swing we are dreaming of the spring days, where the weather was warm and the days were longer! Whilst pastel colours aren't just for spring, we couldn't help ourselves when it came to this spring inspiration shoot at South Farm! South Farm is a romantic barn venue in the heart of Cambridgeshire, with idyllic gardens, rustic barn buildings and the iconic country house. It is the perfect setting for a spring wedding!

With the colours scheme featuring pastel colours we wanted to ensure that flowed throughout the shoot. The bridesmaids robes from Botias Accessories complimented the colour theme and made sure the white bridal robe popped. The robes make such a gorgeous gift for your bridesmaids on the morning of the wedding and also make for a great photo op!

A Campervan is such a great idea to transport the groomsmen to the venue! As well as some great photos, it gives the guys their moment!

South Farm also has a stunning outdoor ceremony area, the summer house. As beautiful as it is, we wanted to add some balloons, to add some texture and a fun element. House of Parties worked their magic and we can all agree it looks great!

Keeping with the pastel theme throughout the wedding, we also focused this on table. With gorgeous florals from Sara at Queen & Eden that incorporated pastel pinks and oranges throughout. We complimented this with gold accents and beautiful glass to ensure nothing distracted from the florals.

Some other beautiful details of this shoot included rustic & neon lights from Camb Lights, a stunning cake with edible petals by Kelly, soft, romantic hair & makeup, hand painted stationery and the most beautiful garden games to keep guests entertained!

The aim for this shoot was to bring some spring pastels to a rustic barn, giving that classic feel with a gorgeous modern twist!
