Poppy from Your Best Day Ever, organised a blush shoot at Braxted park with the epitome of a quintessentially English garden wedding, for brides and grooms who are looking to incorporate walled gardens, beautifully manicured courtyard and hidden walkways into their wedding and bringing the outside in! Poppy's biggest tip for couples, would be to use the beauty of the venue. There are often so many hidden spots within the grounds that can serve as fantastic photo opportunities.
Poppy's favourite image of the day is the amazing photo of Ellie and Spencer at the end of the driveway, the famous shot with the beautiful building in the background. This shot shows the impeccable style that I wanted to achieve, whilst showing the wonderful moments that you get on your wedding day, just the two of you, looking at how far you have come!
Getting ready
The Ceremony Set Up
The inspiration comes from the utterly beautiful venue, Braxted Park, with is famously picturesque long driveway, incredibly façade (again, a photography must!), unique walled gardens and hand-painted murals in their ceremony room… the list of beauty within this venue is endless.
The First Look
Natural beauty was a focus point for this shoot, the venue speaks for itself and needs no introduction, it is filled with nature, so I didn’t want to over-shadow this with lots of décor, so I chose simple, but stunning pieces that complemented the space we were working with.

The Styling
"The day, however, would not have been complete without the help from my amazing and talented suppliers. Some who I have had the pleasure of working with before, whilst others that were brand new to me. They all saw my vision and we worked together to ensure that the day was a success".
