Are you having a dry hire wedding and need some assistance on the day? This is where hiring us as wedding on the day co-ordinators is perfect for you! Gives you the chance to full relax on your big day and leave the logistics to us. Our role is to be hired to help you on the day of your wedding and 4-6 weeks leading up to the date. You may see if your venue package that your venue has an in house coordinator, is not the same as a private hired wedding planner & coordinator. Venue coordinator: manages the staff working the event, makes sure the furniture decor within the venue site is ready, assisting the team as needed through the day, they work within the compounds of the event or wedding venue only.
On the morning of your wedding, we will be on site, organising your decor, sorting out your suppliers and ensuring that they are arriving on time, if anyone is running late then we can sort this out for you and you won’t even have to worry about it at all.
We will use our expertise to set up your DIY or hired decor perfectly, ensuring we are setting up exactly as you have imagined it to be.
Reasons to hire an On the Day Wedding Coordinator - Do you really want to be running around the morning of your wedding? No! You should be having prosecco and celebrating the day ahead with family, getting ready and excited to marry your partner.
Our month's service starts at the final 4-6 weeks before your wedding. We will work with you to create a wedding timeline and schedule, contacting your vendors and assure timing / booked service / fees from the suppliers, managing the full wedding day, from the ceremony to the first dance, the cake cutting.

How do you communicate with clients? By email
Do you work with a team? Planners are Beth & Amy, we do have a team of assistants as well
What time will you arrive on my wedding day? 3 hours before the ceremony
What time will you leave? After the first dance
Will you provide an assistant? Only if the set up is too big for 1 person, it is an hour 35 pounds an hour for an assistant
Will you provide supplier recommendations? We can do, we have a recommended suppliers list we can send you
How will you be dressed? We wear either a black dress with black shoes, black top with black trousers / skirts. We won’t stand out,
Will you coordinate the suppliers? Yes, we will organise the suppliers
Will you bring an emergency kit? Yes!
Our On the Day Co-ordination package includes - Up to 16 hours on the day, 1 Planning Meeting, 1 Venue Visit, Supplier Communication, Timeline Preparation, Email Communication
We will finalise the timeline, communicating with suppliers about their arrival time for set up and their pack down timings.
