Wedding Planner Cambridgeshire shares a look back in to 2021!

Almost as if we blinked, 2021 has come to an end. And oh what a year it's been! From gorgeous shoots to beautiful wedding, we've really had the best year, and here's our run down!

January, February & March, started off quite slow with restrictions still in place. Amy caught COVID and Beth worked her part time job as a key worker. We used this time to really concentrate on the business and get ready for the year ahead!

April, was the start of our busiest year yet! We started expanding our decor collection so we can offer more styling services.

We then worked on project with Nikki, creating an elegant spring inspiration styled shoot at South Farm. So many amazing supplier came together for this shoot and it was incredible! We have a recent blog post all about this gorgeous shoot, click here to read!

In May we assisted with on the day coordination for Eleanor on her beautiful shoot! We had then organised an outdoor, boho shoot. This had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony set up with some more fabulous suppliers!

We then headed over to The Old Rectory in Berkshire for another shoot with Ellen, providing on the day coordination and styling.

We then had our third shoot of the month, and the first shoot planned by Amy! Amy had a vision of sage green & gold with beautiful florals, and it's safe to say each supplier completely understood this vision and it was the most gorgeous day!

Beth then headed to Yorkshire for our first wedding of 2021 at Carlton Towers for C&N. Beth provided on the day coordination, ensuring the day ran smoothly and the couple didn't have to worry about a thing!

We then held our first open day at Brook End Green Farm, working closely with Alina to create multiple table inspiration and giving couples some fresh ideas.

In July Amy headed to the cotswolds to provide on the day coordination for E&C at Blackwell Grange. It was such a beautiful day and we still can't get over the stunning pampas!

We then both provided styling and on the day coordination at Longstowe Hall for S&D.

The end of July brought two gorgeous weddings at The Barn at Brook End where we provided Event Management assistance alongside Sarah.

We kicked off August with a wedding at The Farmhouse at Redcoats providing on the day coordination for L&J.

This was followed closely by full styling and partial planning for R&R at Eggington House, along with another four weddings at The Barn at Brook End!

We finished off August with an incredible workshop hosted by Laura & Victoria at Chicheley Hall.

September started with two wedding styled by us. One was in Stamford and another at Sheene Mill. Both completely different vibes, but equally as gorgeous!

We then had a gorgeous London, city centre wedding where we again provided styling!

September then closed off with another two weddings at The Barn at Brook End.

October brought us a beautiful styled shoot at Spring Farm. It was a full on day with 3 different table styles but it was SO worth it! AND there was a pony!

We then hosted another open day at The Barn at Brook End which was our first with supplier stands. It was so great to seen everything come together and see some familiar faces!

November was the start of business starting to quieten down so we took the opportunity to work on some more styled shoots. We provided styling for Dusty Blue inspiration at Nedging Hall, back to Haybales for some winter vibes, followed with a full wedding set up at Bradwell Abbey!

This year has been absolutely crazy and next year is already looking even crazier, however, we absolutely wouldn't have it any other way! They say that when you find a job you love, you'll never work another day in your life and we feel so lucky to be living our dream!

Heres to 2022!

Beth & Amy x
