How can an Event Planner be of benefit to me?

Having an event planner means that your event is in the hands of an expert, giving you the chance to relax and be able to take the whole experience in. An event planner has expertise with planning events, they will be able to support you from start to finish. 

An event planner can understand your vision and truly bring it to life, knowing what suppliers will work best and how it can all come together.

How early should we start planning?

The sooner the better, especially if you are having a large guest count because you want to ensure that everyones available and gives you more of a chance of booking the venue and suppliers that you want to go with. 

As soon as you have the start of the plan in place then you should get an event planner on board for the next steps of the planning process. Suppliers get booed up very quickly so the sooner you plan the better. 

What separates you from other event planner's?

I provide a personal experience for everyone, no matter what event it is, I will treat it as my own and dedicate all of my time to you. You will feel as if you have a 'fairy godmother'.

Do you do venue styling?

Yes - we have our own props but can source items you need from our recommended suppliers. 

 

Can you cope with last minute changes of a plan or emergency situations?

Yes - we have extensive experience with dealing with the unexpected, we have pre-planned contingency measures in place to ensure that no matter what happens we know how to deal with all situations that arise. 

You can be rest assured that your event is in capable hands. 

 

How much do you charge?

All of my packages are bespoke, I can charge an hourly rate of £25 or can create a package for you with a flat fee (can be discussed).

No hidden extras or surprises, a bespoke price will be made for you after the initial consultation. 

 

How do you select your suppliers?

I have built up my recommended suppliers list myself over the last few years, through working on styled shoots, previous events and networking. I completely trust all of my recommended suppliers and work with them time and time again.

Do I have to use your suppliers?

No - we are more than happy to work with new suppliers, however, we have built up a long list of trusted suppliers over the last few years and we can guarantee a good quality service from them.

Can you organise children’s birthday party/ any charity fundraisers?

Yes - we can organise any event that you need us to. 

Do you have insurance? 

Yes - Public Liability Insurance
