On the Day Coordination x Styling Set Up & Prop Hire

  • A site visit ahead of your event with Roxy (Coordinator)

  • Prop Hire (minimum spend of £500)

  • Prop drop-off and collection

  • Complimentary styling set up of prop items hired

  • The coordinator is present for 12 hours on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Travel up to 50 miles covering Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire (Extra costs will be added for anything above 50 miles)

Roxy from Blank Canvas Planning is covering Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Cambridgeshire for all of your coordination needs.

About Roxy:

Roxy's focus and drive is to assist couples with their dream day, creating the festival vibe.
 

This service includes (from £1000):

* An initial meeting approximately eight weeks before your wedding (in person/online)

* A final on-site meeting

* Wedding Coordinator on the day for 12 hours until the first dance 

* Your bespoke wedding day schedule created and shared with relevant suppliers

* All suppliers confirmed

* Support via e-mail/mobile after the initial meeting

* Help with any last-minute details, including recommending suppliers

*Assistant for 5 hours 

*There will be a charge of £250 for Roxy to stay until the end 

*Added extras: Bar Hire

Miss Carlysle and Co - Weddings and Events

Beth from Miss Carlysle and Co is our in-house stylist, is covering Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

Facts about Beth:

 

  • Loves dogs and cats

  • Loves nature walks

  • Lives with her three cats Rori, Jasper and Casper in the Cambridgeshire countryside 

  • Favourite drinks - Pornstar Martinis & Pink Gin and Lemonade

  • A spring wedding - the pastel colours and the warmer weather.

  • She loves the evening of the wedding reception, guests are relaxed, drinks are flowing and everyone is dancing up a storm on the dance floor.

At Miss Carlysle and Co we strive to make your wedding day easy and stress-free so you can relax and enjoy the most important day. From dressing your chairs to hanging fairy lights and setting out the stationery, our job is to ensure that you do not need to do any of the setup.
